Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in business or corporate development, strategy consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or related field with proven negotiation experience.
• Advanced degree (PhD or MBA) in science, engineering, business, legal, or related field with Diagnostics industry understanding.
• Demonstrated senior leadership communication and ability to present complex proposals for management approval.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities, build and lead deal and diligence teams, and negotiate agreements to access partnering candidates across business areas.
• Provide expertise to proactively generate strategic opportunities and contribute to Diagnostics strategy.
• Co-create strategic partnering wants and target product profiles with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong internal and external network to build a continuous partnership pipeline.
• Conduct systematic screening for technologies, products, and digital solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
