• Experience with financial modeling and business case development for transactions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and lead deal and diligence teams.
• Negotiate agreements to access partnering candidates across Roche Diagnostics.
• Provide strategic leadership on partnering opportunities as part of squads.
• Co-create target product profiles with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal and external partnership networks.
• Systematically screen for technologies and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
