Job summary

Roche seeks a US Business Development Leader, Pharma to build and manage relationships with potential pharma partners and internal teams. You will develop compelling commercialization proposals and drive deals in line with RDC goals, coordinating across global colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Based in the US with the Indianapolis home office, you will travel up to 30% and influence senior executives while staying abreast of diagnostics and biotech trends to shape strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales or clinical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication for senior executives.
• Broad awareness of Diagnostics, Biotech, Pharma industries.
• Strong collaboration and strategic thinking; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with pharma partners and leadership.
• Engage with global teams to advance US partnership opportunities.
• Develop compelling proposals for commercialization services.
• Close partnership deals aligned with RDC priorities and transition to execution teams.
• Coordinate communications across Roche teams in development and legalization processes.
• Stay informed on trends in US diagnostics and therapy development.
