• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven senior leadership communication, cross-functional team management and collaboration.
• Strategic Thinking & Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to distill proposals for governance bodies.
• Mindset & Interpersonal Skills: Growth mindset, coaching, mentoring, and consensus-building abilities.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, California.

• Deal Sourcing & Negotiation: Source opportunities, build and lead deal teams, negotiate agreements.
• Strategic Opportunity Generation: Generate strategic opportunities aligned with Roche Diagnostics strategy.
• Strategy Co-Creation: Co-create wants and target product profiles with internal stakeholders.
• Network & Partnership Pipeline: Maintain internal and external networks to ensure deal flow.
• Systematic Screening: Screen for suitable technologies and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
