Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience, including military technical training or hands-on IT support, will be considered.
• Prior experience in a desktop or end-user support role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II end-user support for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues across CPM sites.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated OS, devices, peripherals, and enterprise application problems.
• Configure, image, and deploy user workstations and peripherals; ensure CPM standards compliance.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 per CPM controls and processes.
• Enforce CPM IT security and data privacy standards; support license management.
• Create technical documentation and user guidance; assist adoption of new tools and initiatives.
