Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
• Equivalent IT experience will be considered
• Prior experience in desktop/end-user support preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II end-user support for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy user workstations and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and support enterprise-standard software per IT specs.
• Provision and manage user environments in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Enforce IT security and data privacy standards; support license management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guidance.
• Participate in cross-site and enterprise IT projects and align with corporate IT standards.
