You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and access issues, image and deploy workstations, and help sustain enterprise standards, security, and global alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience, including military technical training or hands-on IT support, will be considered.
• Prior experience in desktop or end-user support strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues involving operating systems, devices, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure issues are fully resolved and documented.
• Configure, image, and deploy user workstations and peripherals (monitors, docking stations, printers, headsets).
• Add, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 per CPM controls.
• Enforce CPM IT security and data privacy standards and support license management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-site teams on enterprise IT projects and acquisitions.
