Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a desktop or end-user support role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support for hardware/software issues.
• Configure and deploy user workstations and peripherals.
• Maintain hardware functionality and install enterprise-standard software.
• Manage user environments and accounts in Active Directory.
• Enforce IT security and data privacy standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
