Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc. in Blaine, MN, is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist II to provide advanced end-user support across CPM’s global enterprise, ensuring reliable system performance and security.

You will configure and image workstations, manage accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, enforce IT security policies, and collaborate on cross-site projects while maintaining enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience including military IT training or hands-on IT support will be considered.
• Prior experience in a desktop or end-user support role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II end-user support for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy user workstations and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and support enterprise-standard software; enforce CPM IT standards.
