Job summary

Teletrac Navman, a Vontier company, seeks a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that turns market demand into qualified pipeline. You’ll set global acquisition strategy, run the website as the primary pipeline asset, and build a data-driven, AI-enabled team that grows marketing-sourced revenue across regions.

You will manage a global pipeline target, optimize media and website tests, and align marketing with sales from first touch to closed-won.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, incl. 7+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies across NA/EMEA/APAC.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline target and scalable CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social; AI search optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan with region/segment targets.
• Build and run full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Lead ABM for enterprise targets using intent data and engagement signals.
• Manage global media budget with allocation rules to optimize pipeline cost.
• Test and scale new channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV) and partner programs.
• Own website as a product: roadmap, IA, localization, CRO, and experimentation program.
• Lead marketing ops, data & measurement: single source of truth and multi-touch attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales & regional teams on speed-to-lead, lead quality, and recapture.
