Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine turning market demand into qualified pipeline. You will set the global acquisition strategy, run the website as our primary pipeline asset, and build a data-driven, AI-enabled team that grows marketing-sourced revenue efficiently across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline target with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social.
• CMS migration, CRO and multi-language localization experience.
• Strong analytics, funnel analytics, attribution and BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and a major marketing automation platform.
• Practical use of generative AI in marketing workflows.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan.
• Design full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Run account-based programs for enterprise targets with intent-based prioritization.
• Manage the global media budget and optimize channel mix for pipeline.
• Own the global website as the primary pipeline asset with localization.
• Lead marketing operations, data & measurement initiatives across funnel stages.
• Collaborate with Sales and regional teams to accelerate pipeline growth and wins.
• Develop AI-enabled marketing capabilities and a high-performing team.
