Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine turning market demand into qualified pipeline. You will set global acquisition strategy, run the website as the primary pipeline asset, and build a data-driven, AI-enabled team delivering marketing-sourced revenue worldwide.

You will be accountable for a pipeline number, decide where media dollars go, and drive collaboration between marketing and sales from first touch to closed-won.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, incl. 7+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Own a pipeline target and grow marketing-sourced pipeline with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social; knowledge of AI search optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan.
• Design full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned and partner channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent data to prioritize accounts.
• Manage global media budget with allocation rules to maximize pipeline efficiency.
• Lead the marketing analytics function and own a single source of truth for funnel performance.
