Job summary

Teletrac Navman, a Vontier company, seeks a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine and global acquisition strategy. You will run the website as a primary pipeline asset and build an AI-enabled team that grows marketing-sourced revenue across regions.

You will manage a pipeline target, decide spend, and align marketing and sales from first touch to close, while optimizing CAC and channel mix in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social.
• Experience running a corporate website as a conversion engine.
• Advanced analytics skills and BI tools; SQL experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and major marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with AI in marketing workflows and brand governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand generation strategy and annual pipeline targets.
• Design full-funnel programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent data.
• Manage the global media budget with allocation rules for cost-efficient pipeline.
• Lead website as a product with backlog and experimentation (A/B, CRO).
• Collaborate with Sales Ops on SLAs, routing and funnel definitions.
• Drive analytics, attribution, holdout testing and MMM to guide investments.
• Lead cross-regional teams and partner with regional marketing for localization.
