Job summary

Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that turns market demand into qualified pipeline. This leader will set the global acquisition strategy, manage the website as the primary pipeline asset, and build a data-driven, AI-enabled team that grows marketing-sourced revenue across regions.

You will be accountable for a pipeline number, optimize spend, and align marketing with Sales from first touch to closed-won, while driving tests and scaling programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies.
• Proven track record owning pipeline targets and CAC optimization.
• Experience running a customer-facing website as a conversion engine.

Responsibilities

• Own the global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan with regional targets.
• Design full-funnel programs across paid, organic, owned, and partner channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent data to prioritize accounts.
• Manage global media budget with allocation rules for cost-efficient pipeline.
• Lead and develop a global demand gen team and partner with Sales and Finance.
