Job summary

Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that turns market demand into qualified pipeline. You will set the global acquisition strategy, run the website as the primary pipeline asset, and build an AI-enabled team driving marketing-sourced revenue across regions.

You will own a pipeline number, decide where to allocate budget, and align marketing with Sales from first touch to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing (7+ years in B2B SaaS).
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies (NA, EMEA, APAC).
• Proven record of owning a pipeline target and growing marketing-sourced pipeline with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social; familiarity with AI search optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand generation engine and pipeline targets by region, segment and product line.
• Design full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned and partner channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent and engagement data.
• Lead the global website as a conversion engine with CRO, localization and testing.
• Oversee marketing operations, data, measurement and collaboration with Sales.
