Teletrac Navman seeks a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine, setting global acquisition strategy and running the website as the primary pipeline asset. You will lead an AI-enabled team to grow marketing-sourced revenue across regions, with accountability for pipeline and SQOs.

You will decide media spend, test next website improvements, and align marketing with Sales from first touch to closed-won, delivering measurable growth and efficient CAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, including 7+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies across NA/EMEA/APAC.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline target and growing marketing-sourced pipeline with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social; knowledge of AI search optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Experience running a corporate website as a conversion engine with CMS migration and localization.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan with regional targets.
• Design full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent and engagement data.
• Manage the global media budget with allocation rules to optimize cost-per-SQO.
• Lead a data-driven marketing ops function with funnel measurement and attribution.
