Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team and guide delivery for AWS enterprise customers.

You will manage Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, translating business outcomes into cloud solutions and proposals. Responsibilities include portfolio guidance, executive-level engagement, and driving business development while ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years of program or engagement management leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
• Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers
• Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements
• Driving business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets
