Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team, guiding delivery consultants and engagement managers to architect and implement innovative AWS solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work with directors and executives, drive scoping of technical requirements, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule while fostering strong customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience building and maintaining C-level client relationships (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Cloud Architects and Engineers to deploy solutions.
• Develop and oversee IT strategy for customers.
• Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of engagements.
• Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
