Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team, guiding Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers to architect and deliver transformative cloud solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work with executives, partners, and internal AWS teams to define business outcomes, drive opportunity capture, manage portfolio P&L, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management including resource planning, scheduling, status reporting, and prioritizing tasks.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, or analysis.
• AWS Professional level certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions.
• Develop and oversee IT strategy implementations for customers.
• Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
• Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
