Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team, guiding Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers to architect and implement innovative cloud solutions for AWS enterprise customers.

The DPM will drive delivery—scoping requirements, ensuring on-time, on-budget engagements, and achieving customer satisfaction. You will engage with executives and partners, translate business outcomes into AWS offerings, and optimize team

Qualifications

3+ years of cloud-based solution, system, network and OS experience.
7+ years of customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experience.
5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features.
Develop and oversee innovative IT strategies for customers.
Manage practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements.
Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
