Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, driving standardization and scale for 10,000+ resources. The role demands strong portfolio leadership, governance, and executive collaboration.

The base salary range is $160,000 to $240,000 annually, with a hybrid work model and in-person attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience running transformation programs across multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Fluent and professional English (verbal and written).
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to standardize and scale across delivery centers worldwide.
• Manage governance including SteerCo, reviews and ROI communication.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and onboarding processes for growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Create customer success stories to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency and cross-center collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
