The ideal candidate manages transformation programs, demonstrates strong executive presence and has a proven track record in global service delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Lead portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong governance, SteerCo communications and ROI tracking across programs.
• Fluent English with executive-level influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly/quarterly reviews to communicate progress and ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook: operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to ensure execution excellence.
