Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead and harmonize the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions. You will drive standardization, governance, and executive communication to enable a scalable delivery workforce of 10,000+ resources.

You will partner with senior leaders to build playbooks, onboard new delivery centers, and publish best practices while ensuring strong delivery outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a strong bias towards execution.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5000 - 10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for driving consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Coordinate stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate progress.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement across centers and best practices.
• Create customer success stories and accelerate adoption across delivery centers.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
