Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global operations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influence.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management focus.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (500+–1000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs, and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes for 10,000+ delivery resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
