Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead and optimize the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a bias towards execution.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in complex multinational environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5000 - 10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and governance, including SteerCo and reviews.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for engagement across centers.
• Create customer success stories and accelerate adoption across centers.
• Onboard and onboard playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources across centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
