Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to build and scale its Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. This leader will define the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and work placement guidelines with a goal of expanding to 10,000+ resources.

The role requires exceptional communication, executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and bias to execution.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog.
• Drive portfolio of programs to enable adoption, standardization and integration across centers.
• Establish stakeholder governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate progress.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes and KPIs.
• Create repeatable onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
