Grant Thornton is seeking to appoint a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Ability to travel regularly, with international travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy across delivery centers.
• Lead portfolio of critical programs to drive build, adoption, standardization and integration.
• Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s and reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes and KPIs.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources.
