Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services or global operations.
• Proven track record building and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Fluent and professional English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multi-year Global Delivery Center strategy across regions.
• Drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
• Establish stakeholder governance including SteerCo and executive reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook covering operating model, processes and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to grow to 10,000+ resources across centers.
• Oversee portfolio execution of integration projects to standardize delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or another related field
