Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center strategy and integration across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role focuses on growing the GDC workforce to 10,000+ resources and driving standardization across centers.

The ideal candidate has deep IT services leadership experience, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to influence senior leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and global service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (500+ - 1000 resources).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog.
• Drive portfolio of programs to enable adoption, standardization and integration across centers.
• Establish and drive stakeholder governance including SteerCo’s and reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks, transition processes and best practices to reach 10,000+ resources across centers.
