Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the global delivery center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will define the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and work placement guidelines to enable growth toward 10,000+ resources.

You will drive priority programs, governance, and a scalable playbook while partnering with senior leadership across the organization. Hybrid work with in-person requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, or managed services.
• Proven track record building and integrating global delivery centers across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the multi-year Global Delivery Center (GDC) strategy and service catalog.
• Drive portfolio programs to enable build, adoption, standardization and integration across centers.
• Establish governance with SteerCo’s and regular reviews to communicate progress.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
