Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead and optimize its Global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions. You will define GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and workforce planning to scale to 10,000+ resources.

You will drive adoption, governance and program execution across centers, partnering with senior leadership to standardize delivery models and accelerate growth, with frequent international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent English—verbal and written.
• Ability to travel regularly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy, and work placement guidelines across centers.
• Drive a portfolio of programs to enable build, adoption, standardization, and integration.
• Establish stakeholder governance with SteerCo’s and regular reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook covering operating model, governance and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks, transition processes and growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
