Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the GDC ecosystem across multiple regions. You will define the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and staffing plans to scale to 10,000+ resources.

The role requires deep IT services expertise, executive-level influence, and a hands-on, growth-oriented leadership style. Hybrid in-person collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, or managed services.
• Proven track record building and integrating global delivery centers.
• Understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overarching multi-year GDC strategy across delivery centers.
• Lead portfolio of programs to drive adoption, standardization and integration.
• Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance with SteerCo’s.
• Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to scale to 10,000+ resources.
