Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global ops, or managed services.
• Proven portfolio management for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish governance including SteerCo and reviews to communicate progress and ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
