Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead cross-regional programs and optimize our Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem. This role requires running a portfolio of transformation programs to standardize delivery across onshore, nearshore and offshore centers with a focus on scale and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Experience running transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and global service delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers with consistency and quality.
• Establish governance and SteerCo’s; drive progress reviews and ROI communications.
• Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model, governance, processes, KPIs and knowledge management.
• Create onboarding playbooks, transition processes and best practices to scale to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across geographies to enable growth.
