Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role drives standardization, governance, and scalable processes for 10,000+ resources and requires seasoned IT services leadership with strong executive presence.

The candidate will manage a portfolio of transformation programs, establish playbooks, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver measurable ROI across delivery centers.

Qualifications

• Seasoned IT services leader with strong executive presence and influence skills.
• Experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Deep understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global operations.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and govern through SteerCo’s.
• Hands-on leadership with portfolio and program management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to build, scale, and integrate multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish governance and oversight with ROI-focused progress reporting.
• Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model and KPIs.
• Create onboarding and transition playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
