Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs, incl. M&A integrations.
• Experience coaching program managers and managing internal/ external resources.
• Ability to directly manage complex or high-risk integrations.
• Experience establishing governance and reporting across workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for integration delivery across the Americas portfolio, from pre-close planning through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to business ownership.
• Lead and develop the program managers responsible for day-to-day management of individual integrations.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on size, complexity, risk, or resourcing needs.
• Review and challenge integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Establish expectations for governance, workstream coordination, decision-making, and executive reporting.
• Manage priorities, capacity, and cross-program dependencies across concurrent integrations.
• Coach program managers through complex stakeholder, execution, and escalation issues.
• Ensure consistent use of IMO playbooks, program-management tools, RAID logs, templates, and reporting standards.
