Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Americas Integration Lead to drive integration delivery across the Americas portfolio as part of the Global Integration Management Office. You will oversee programs via program managers and personally lead select integrations based on complexity and risk.

You will set governance, align with global standards, coach managers, allocate resources, and partner with executives to ensure timely delivery and regional scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 12+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, with M&A integrations experience.
• Experience coaching program managers and managing internal/external resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration delivery across the Americas portfolio from pre-close to Day 1 and transition.
• Lead and develop program managers responsible for day-to-day integration management.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on size, risk, or resourcing needs.
• Ensure governance, milestones, risks, and reporting align with IMO standards.
• Coach teams and allocate resources across concurrent integrations.
