Job summary

The role leads the Americas integration team, allocates resources, and builds a scalable regional capability in collaboration with acquired-entity leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs, including significant M&A integrations.
• Experience coaching program managers and coordinating internal and external resources.
• Ability to travel across the Americas as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas integration delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead program managers and allocate resources for concurrent integrations.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on complexity and risk.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and_IMO standards are consistently applied across all programs.
