Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Integration Enablement to join the Global Integration Management Office. This senior leader will design and scale the firm's integration capabilities across acquisitions, building governance, templates, and playbooks to deliver consistent integration outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading portfolio reporting, KPI development, due diligence support, and executive stakeholder engagement, with in-person collaboration at GT offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading M&A integration, transformation, or PMO programs.
• Experience designing governance, reporting, and operating frameworks.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the firm's integration methodology and operating model.
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks, tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
• Create repeatable processes to improve consistency and reduce execution risk across transactions.
• Capture lessons learned from integrations and institutionalize them into future practices.
• Own the IMO reporting framework, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
