Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Integration Enablement to join the Global Integration Management Office. The role leads the development of governance frameworks, reporting, tools, templates, and best practices to deliver integrations consistently across a portfolio of acquisitions.

This hybrid role requires strong executive engagement, design of repeatable processes, and responsibility for the integration capability’s maturation as the firm grows through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, transformation, PMO leadership, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing enterprise governance, reporting, and operating frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the firm's integration methodology and operating model.
• Own the IMO reporting framework, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
• Maintain visibility into the acquisition pipeline and integration readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration effectiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with executive sponsors, functional leaders, integration leads, and external advisors.
