Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Americas Integration Lead to drive integration delivery across the Americas within the Global Integration Management Office. You will lead a regional team, allocate resources, and ensure governance and cadence across programs, while adapting to market requirements.

The role requires strong governance and executive communication skills. You will manage program managers, oversee complex integrations, participate in global governance, and travel across the Americas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 12 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience coaching program managers and managing internal/external resources.
• Ability to manage high-risk integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for integration delivery across the Americas portfolio.
• Lead and develop program managers responsible for daily integration management.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on size, complexity or risk.
• Review plans, milestones, risks, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Establish governance, workstream coordination, and executive reporting.
• Manage priorities and cross-program dependencies across concurrent integrations.
• Coach program managers through stakeholder and escalation issues.
• Ensure consistent use of IMO playbooks, RAID logs, and templates.
