Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Core IT Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery across a multi-entity portfolio. You will direct the integration factory model, oversee tenant consolidation (M365/Entra), ServiceNow onboarding, data migration and archival, and network/branch office integration.

Manage partners, ensure governance, and deliver scalable, secure integrations. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, defining sequencing, challenging estimates, and ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery and multi-workstream programs.
Experience leading Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure migration or consolidation programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated technical delivery plan across the acquisition portfolio and sequence waves.
Manage concurrency across entities to maintain throughput and adjust sequencing as needed.
Lead delivery of tenant consolidation including M365/Entra migrations into the Grant Thornton tenant.
