Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Director, Deal Execution to lead its global pricing decisions and commercial outcomes for major customers. The role oversees a distributed team and partners with Sales, Solutions and Finance to drive pricing strategy across the US and international markets.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-person work at a TU office location for a minimum of two days per week, with a focus on governance, performance, and continued pricing excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial pricing, revenue management, deal strategy or related fields in B2B settings.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Background in data/analytics, technology or financial services with pricing impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead TransUnion’s global Deal Execution function, shaping pricing outcomes and commercial strategy across US and international markets.
• Manage a 15+ person team across regions, driving accountability and measurable business impact.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Finance, Regional Presidents, and Pricing leadership to optimize pricing strategies for strategic customers.
• Oversee large deal support, governance, and bid/deal desk processes to ensure governance and strong financial performance.
• Lead enterprise-wide price increase initiatives to drive revenue growth across global markets.
• Develop standardized pricing frameworks, governance models, and commercial toolkits for regional use.
• Establish KPIs and monitor outcomes related to revenue growth and deal performance.
• Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed org to align priorities and execute.
