Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Director, Deal Execution to lead our global pricing and deal execution across the U.S. and international regions.

You will direct a 15+ person team, shape pricing governance, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Finance and Pricing leadership to maximize revenue and customer outcomes in a complex B2B environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of pricing, revenue management, deal strategy in B2B.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in large matrix organizations.
• Experience with pricing governance, frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Deal Execution and pricing strategy across US and international markets.
• Manage a 15+ person team including regional leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Finance and Pricing leadership to optimize pricing and outcomes.
• Oversee bid/deal desk, pricing governance, and pricing committee activities.
• Drive large-scale price increase initiatives, revenue growth, and price realization.
• Develop and standardize pricing frameworks and governance models for global use.
• Establish KPIs and monitor outcomes such as revenue growth and win rates.
