Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sr Advisor, Corporate Development to lead cross-functional due diligence, modeling, and deal execution for strategic M&A initiatives. You will develop materials for executive review, shape acquisition criteria, and contribute to the corporate development pipeline while collaborating with business units.

The role is hybrid, requiring regular in-person work at a TU office location for at least two days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years at a top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG or Bain) required; 5–7 years total preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate strategy and M&A with strong financial acumen.
• Proven leadership, ownership and project management across cross-functional work.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional due diligence and integration planning for global M&A initiatives.
• Perform transaction analysis, financial modeling, valuation and returns analysis with senior guidance.
• Develop Basis of Interest materials and executive presentations for reviews and approvals.
• Create acquisition target criteria, prioritize targets, and maintain the pipeline.
• Provide corporate development reporting including CEO updates and Board materials.
