TransUnion seeks a Vice President, Strategic Planning to lead international growth strategies across markets. You will partner with regional leaders, shape entry plans, and drive cross‑functional execution in a complex, matrixed organization.

You will report to the EVP of Business Development, International, and operate in a hybrid role with regular in‑person work at a TU office and travel up to 35% to advance market opportunities.

Formación

• 15+ years in financial services, technology, or data sectors shaping growth strategies.
• 10+ years in business management, strategic planning, or related discipline with proven results.
• Experience turning ideas into business cases and commercialization in a matrixed org.
• Ability to set KPIs, lead initiatives, and influence senior decisions via analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, analytics or leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead vertical-specific growth and sales strategies across international regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale opportunities in new verticals/geographies.
• Build business cases for organic and inorganic growth, including due diligence and post‑acquisition planning.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans, operating models, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and governance with Finance to reflect plans in P&L.
