Job summary
Nscale seeks a Senior Manager, Deal Desk in a highly strategic role to lead the Deal Desk of the future. You will architect bespoke commercial structures for multi-hundred-million-dollar AI infrastructure deals, build scalable processes, and align Sales, Legal, Finance, and Capacity Planning to win while protecting margins.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of deep experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Strategic Finance, or Enterprise Sales Structuring.
- Experience with complex enterprise IaaS contracting and consumption-based models.
- Elite financial modeling skills and aggressive commercial instinct.
- Collaborative, high-EQ approach to internal partnerships and deal acceleration.
- Experience building a Deal Desk function from its infancy and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Bespoke commercial structuring for large initial contracts to maximize value.
- Build the core Deal Desk processes including approval matrices and playbooks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Capacity Planning for tailored deals.
- Develop financial models to assess multi-year profitability and margins.
- Hire, train, and scale a global team of Deal Strategists.
