Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of Deal Strategy & Acceleration in Seattle to lead the Deal Desk for hyperscale AI infrastructure projects. You will architect bespoke commercial structures, negotiate complex SLAs, and design playbooks to standardize successful contracts while protecting margins.

Qualifications

8+ years of deep experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Strategic Finance, or Enterprise Sales Structuring.
Fluency in complex IaaS contracting, consumption-based models, and customized SLAs.
Elite financial modeling and aggressive commercial instinct.
Experience building a Deal Desk function from infancy and scaling it.

Responsibilities

Architect bespoke commercial structures for major initial contracts.
Build core Deal Desk processes with scalable approval matrices and playbooks.
Serve as the central liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Capacity Planning.
Develop financial models to evaluate multi-year capacity deals and margins.
Hire, train, and manage a global team of Deal Strategists.
