Qualifications

• 7+ years in Deal Desk, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or related function.
• Experience designing/operationalizing consumption, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Global Deal Desk across segments/geographies.
• Design and maintain deal approval workflows, pricing guardrails, and escalation policies.
• Lead CPQ strategy, configuration, and governance with GTM Systems.
• Operationalize consumption-based pricing within Deal Desk.
