Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks a Director of Data Trust to lead the Data Trust & Data Governance team and shape how trusted data is defined, owned, discoverable and reliable across the enterprise.

In this high-visibility role, you will build frameworks, standards and accountability models that enable data to be used confidently by business, analytics, regulatory and AI initiatives. You will partner across governance, data platform engineering, risk and compliance to drive adoption of data ownership,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in data governance, management or enterprise data strategy.
• Ability to translate complex data challenges into scalable enterprise standards.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise vision for trusted data with standards, policies and accountability.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data ownership and stewardship practices.
• Shape how data is discovered, understood and reused via metadata, catalog and glossary standards.
• Create measurable trust in enterprise data through data quality, lineage and trust scoring.
• Enable scalable AI-ready data capabilities by defining governance standards and reusable data product practices.
